Culinary education and completion of a program preferable, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years kitchen experience in a variety of stations. Small and dynamic kitchen! You will be responsible for assisting Chef Thompson with overseeing recipe production, sanitation, menu preparation, and daily specials while executing some brunch and dinner service.
